In 1998, JF Pharmaceutical was founded and herbal extract workshop was setted in there for puerarin production.
In 1999, JF Pharmaceutical invested in Tianjian to found JF-Natural, grape seed extract was the major product.
In 2009, JF-Natural invested and founded Ybhealth. which was specialized in manufacturing own-label health products and OEM health products from oversea customers, health food was their major product.
In 2012, JF Biotech was founded by JF Pharmaceutical for the sale of health foods.
In 2014, JF Group acquired and renamed JF Biotech to JF Health.
In 2014, JF Health acquired Ybhealth, herbal extract workshop of JF Pharmaceutical, and herbal slices factory of Jinhua Medicine.
